The dashboard gives you a general overview of all important information about your seller account. In chart or table form, you have insight into repricing, top 5 competitors, eye-catching articles, your current sales figures, etc..

Marketplace overview

It is possible to switch between the different products (amazon, ebay, ShopSPY). The customer number and the seller’s name are displayed. The number of user is displayed and user administration can be carried out with one click.

When using several marketplaces and/or seller accounts, it is possible to switch between them. The marketplace strategy and marketplace settings, such as automatic FTP upload, external price file, Plentymarkets and price calculation are visible and linked directly to the target pages. In addition, you receive a tooltip for each icon.

BuyBox Quote

The percentage BuyBox share per shipping method is determined. Only those offers are taken into account for which prices have been received from Amazon in the last 7 days. This means that articles that are at the maximum price or offers where your offer is in position 21 on the offer list are not taken into account.

Depending on the assortment and the competitive situation, many offer changes are confirmed by Amazon. These are processed by SnapTrade in a timely manner (approx. every 2.5 minutes) and any price changes are reported to Amazon. The number of today’s price changes provides information about this. A log of the price changes is displayed via the linked number of price changes.

The sales chart of the last 30 days illustrates the turnover revenue, the order volume and the number of articles sold. The areas coloured blue represent the same weekdays of the previous weeks in order to be able to estimate how today’s sales are developing. For the current day, the average value is displayed. This serves to estimate the development of sales. The chart below shows the distribution of sales by hour of the day. You can access an overview of the best-selling articles in the range via the link Number of sales (30 days).

Tip: Use this information to increase the price in a low-turnover time window using the Cool Down strategy.
